Arrival:
We have a key safe. The code will be sent to you on arrival.
Departure:
We ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Remember to hand in the key at reception and leave the safe open.
You are also welcome to settle the bill by 11:00 am the day before so that you can check out stress-free on the day of departure. Even when booking via the online platforms, you must check out at reception - the tourist tax is always paid on site.
Excursions:
There is a lot to see in our area and around Innsbruck.
Beds:
Our beds are all equipped with a special, high-quality mattress protector. Absolutely waterproof and allergy-friendly. If you need extra blankets or pillows, please contact reception.
Bar:
Our bar is not open all the time. You are welcome to order bottled wines for your room in the morning. Our guest fridge in the hallway is also available for snacks in between - if possible, pay cash directly at the cash desk.
Entrances:
The room key locks the entrance at the parking lot on the 1st floor as well as the barrier at the pool and the bike/ski depot. Please take the key with you at all times and do not leave it in the key boxes. These are intended exclusively for arrival - if you would still like to deposit it, we will assign you a box.

Reception is not manned at all times.

Bikes:
If you want to lock up the bikes you have brought with you, you can use our depot in the parking lot, on the right under half of the veranda - lockable with room key.
Bikes must be locked up urgently!
Breakfast:
The buffet is served from 08:00 to 10:00.
Depending on occupancy, breakfast may also be served à la carte.
We kindly ask you to inform us in advance of any intolerances so that we can be prepared.
Evacuation route:
Evacuation route signs are installed in the corridors - the main escape door is located at the exit in the basement (parking lot).
Internet:
W-Lan is available throughout the house.

Parking:
Parking spaces are available free of charge at the hotel.
Cleaning:
Hygiene is very important to us - that's why our rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day.
Please make sure that your room is accessible for cleaning by 12:30 at the latest, otherwise it may not be possible to clean your room that day.
You can also skip the intermediate cleaning - simply use the door sign NO.
To protect the environment, use the towels more often if possible - if you want a change, simply place the towels on the bathroom floor.
If you need towels for the pool, please let us know.
Restaurant:
The Gasthof Gramarthof is right next door and is open from Wednesday to Sunday! Monday and Tuesday closed - open on public holidays. Hot food served from 11:00 to 20:00, Sunday until 17:00.
Different opening hours possible between public holidays.
Opening hours may vary slightly in winter.
Homemade food, homemade ice cream, homemade cakes and pies.
Please note:
It is not permitted to dine or store food in the rooms.
Safe:
A safe is located in the closet (ground floor room) or in the box under the TV (upper floor room).
To use it, press the RESET button behind the door by the battery compartment. When the yellow light is on, you can enter a 3-8-digit code. Press the A or B button to end the entry.
Open: Enter the code and press the A or B button and turn the knob.
Please test the safe for the first time without your valuables.
If the safe does not open, please contact us.
We accept no liability for valuables that are not stored in the safe.
Playroom:
We have a small playroom on the ground floor. We ask you to keep the room tidy and not to take the toys to your room.
Door signs:
If you do not want to be disturbed, please hang the sign on your doorknob.
Rental:
If you have forgotten something, we can certainly help you out - please contact us.
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, etc. are available.
Bike rental during the summer season!
Special prices for direct bookers!
We lend you hiking poles and rucksacks for your hiking tour free of charge - just let us know at reception!
