Named after its inventor Josef Pilates, this training method is the perfect whole-body workout to strengthen muscles from within. Several muscle groups are used simultaneously, primarily the pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles. Pilates unites mind, body, and soul in a very special way.

In today's Pilates workout we focus entirely on the back: this method simultaneously stabilizes and mobilizes the spine while additionally training the back muscles to interact, thereby improving body awareness.
