Details

Good BBQ doesn't need big words - it needs fire, time and really good products.

This is exactly what BBQ vs. kitchen party at the Bornmühle is all about.

Look forward to juicy pulled pork from the smoker, flank steak from the fire ring and real BBQ classics that simply belong there:

tender spare ribs, slow-cooked, crispy coleslaw and rustic baked potatoes with matching dips. Honest, hearty and to the point - just the way BBQ should be.

Outside by the fire or in the middle of it

In good weather, we grill and smoulder outside.

If the weather doesn't play along, the BBQ turns into a relaxed kitchen party with live cooking - right at the source, with a view of the pans and just as much enjoyment.

The right drinks to go with the BBQ

If you like, you can round off the evening with selected drinks. For an extra charge, you can choose from:

🍺 Beer set

4 Störtebeker beers, each 0.2 l - €18

🥃 Whiskey set

With craft beers, classic whiskeys and summery drinks - completely relaxed, just the way you like it.

An evening for everyone who loves good food, likes to try it and wants to enjoy it in an uncomplicated way.
