Visit farm bakery at Roatnockerhof

At the Roatnockerhof every Friday the sourdough rye bread is baked in the wood oven. The ritual begins in the morning hours with the preparation of sourdough and ends in the afternoon in the bakery, where Margareth and Georg bake the Roatnocker Ur-Paarlen.
