The via ferrata is an intermediate between mountaineering and climbing. You climb, secured by a steel rope and with iron steps and ladders, on established routes through steep and spectacular rock faces. The via ferrata Huterlaner in Mayrhofen is the perfect via ferrata for beginners. You will be equipped with a via ferrata set and helmet (loan). A state-certified mountain guide will teach you via ferrata techniques before you set off on the route together. You should be sure-footed, in good physical condition and not have a pronounced fear of heights.

- Duration: approx. 1-2 hours, only in dry weather

- Meeting point: parking lot (fee required) at the via ferrata: Burgstall 382, 6290 Mayrhofen (own drive)

- Costs: approx. 54,- p. p. ( normal price: 60- p.p. minus 10% discount) pay cash on spot

- Please bring along: Trailrunning shoes or mountain boots, comfortable clothes
