Daniel D'Assisi, brother of junior chef Jasmin, is a trained olive oil sommelier. In Sicily, Daniel produces together with his father a small edition of very high quality olive oil. This oil can be found every day on our breakfast and salad buffet and can be purchased exclusively from us.
