Outdoor yoga blends mindful movement and nature – a pause for body, mind, and soul that restores calm and new energy.
Find calm, feel the moment, and breathe with awareness. Gentle and mindful movements in the open air nourish and strengthen body, mind, and soul. With yoga instructor Vroni Fischer, a space for new well-being and inner harmony unfolds. In case of bad weather, an alternative location is available. After the yoga session, the barefoot trail in the recreation area “Schneider Waldile” offers a refreshing experience.
Difficulty: easy.
Please take your Südtirol Guest Pass with you (available free of charge at reception).
Cost: with Südtirol Guest Pass – Gsiesertal-Welsberg-Taisten Card 12 €, without advantage card 17 €.
