Sound Healing at Collis Hill invites you to let go of the daily grind and arrive fully in the moment. The sounds of singing bowls, gongs and other harmonious instruments work on a deep, subtle level and can gently release physical and emotional tension.

You can relax lying down or sitting comfortably in a quiet, protected environment while the vibrations flow through your body. Each sound healing session is an individual experience - sometimes calming, sometimes clarifying, sometimes inspiring.

Ideal for recharging your batteries, relieving stress and getting back in touch with yourself.

No previous experience is required - just a willingness to surrender and receive.
