The Interactive Cheese Dairy:
At the Zillertal Interactive Cheese Dairy, children and adults can experience the entire process of making hay milk. At the demonstration dairy, children can see how cheese is made, where it matures, and how it’s cared for; how filling machines work; and much more.
Demonstration Farm:
At the demonstration farm, children learn how milking is done and what needs to be considered when raising animals. Toward the end of the tour at the educational farm, there’s another HIGHLIGHT for KIDS: letting off steam by jumping in the hay, zipping around on mini-tractors and pedal cars on the course, and sliding down the slide tower!
