Autumn Feast at the Bellevue Alm

As autumn slowly sets in the mountains, the cozy dining rooms of the Bellevue Alm become an especially delightful place to be. Look forward to an evening full of alpine coziness, regional flavors, and autumnal delicacies.

Our 4-course autumn feast begins with homemade apricot bread and herb cream, followed by a creamy pumpkin soup. For the main course, we serve slow-braised beef cheeks in a rich red wine sauce with mashed potatoes and root vegetables. To round out the meal, enjoy our Bellevue Alm Kaiserschmarrn with sautéed berries—flambéed live with Grand Marnier, of course.

A vegetarian alternative featuring homemade porcini mushroom and cheese spaetzle is also available.

A cozy fall evening at 1,265 meters—with fine cuisine, alpine charm, and plenty of enjoyment.
