My absolute favorite hike up to the Belchen leads over the Stuhlsebene and the Böllener Eck up a narrow zigzag path to the Belchenhaus. What I like best are the amazing views into the small meadow valley and the magnificent photo perspectives over the large rocks down into the valley.
Here the Belchen shows its alpine and steep side and becomes all the more interesting.
I recommend this tour only in good, dry weather and with a certain basic condition. You can borrow hiking poles at the reception, then the ascent will be a little easier.
Always pay attention to possible break-off edges on the rocks and always behave considerately and carefully in the nature reserve in general.
