Sound journey with mantras and chakra tones

Chanting mantras is a wonderful way to harmonize body and mind and increase well-being. Mantras are sacred syllables, words or phrases that are repeated in meditation or while chanting. They originate from the Vedic tradition and were later also used in Buddhism and Hinduism.

In this "taster session" you will experience the "healing chants" in different languages. As a "warm-up", the chakras are vitalized with colour visualizations and the sound of the vowels.

Olga Bolgari is a vocal coach, singer and choir director. She has developed her own holistic methods: Three-Dimensional Voice Development, Yocanto - Yoga and Bel Canto and Voice from Head to Toe. She enjoyed many years of speech training at the MDW (University of Music and Performing Arts) and MUK (Music Private University) in Vienna and further training in breathing and movement with Norbert Faller, Institute for Breathing Pedagogy in Vienna, and Gertrud Kotschy.

As singing can also be healing, she is interested in healing chants, chakra sounds and mantras. In recent years she has worked at the Landestheater Linz and is currently working at the Landesmusikschulwerk in Upper Austria.
