Self-defense and self-assertion course

Add a self-defense course with Klaus Bleser to your workshop, retreat or family stay. Klaus has been a karate and self-defense trainer for many years and offers seminars for adults and children. Klaus holds the 7th Dan in karate - a master degree that goes far beyond the black belt level and is also an examiner of the RLP Karate Association. We are lucky that Klaus lives locally and therefore there are no travel costs. His course fee is €60 per hour.
