bodyART® is a functional full-body workout that brings body, mind and soul into harmony. Inspired by yoga, physiotherapy, classical breathing techniques and functional training, this course promotes your strength, flexibility, stability and body awareness. All movements are fluid and conscious - barefoot, in harmony with your breathing.
