This masterclass is designed for participants who would like to learn about and taste Spanish paella during a team event.


Paella is a Spanish pan-fried rice dish and the national dish of the Valencia region and the east coast of Spain.


In this workshop you will learn how to prepare this rice dish in three different variations.

Here we will show you how to make these recipes from the first step to the finished dish, with a special emphasis on preparing them with a variety of products.


Here, of course, the challenge arises for everyone, as you have to achieve the right cooking time from the rice and the perfect mixture with other ingredients.

Thus, this rather simple act becomes a real work of art.


This event is led by our hotel director, who has lived and learned the culinary arts of the east coast for 18 years in Spain.
