The cooking school "Roland Essl Alpenkulinarik" specializes in the theme of alpine cuisine with dishes from the rural everyday and festive cuisine of the Alpine region. On selected days you can dive into the culinary world of our ancestors with their refined dishes from the different alpine regions of Europe.

Alpine tapas, taste our dishes, the cooking school is open as a restaurant operation.

Similar to a Spanish tapas bar, there are various small dishes here, which you can all taste through according to your mood. Combined with a cooking show and lots of information about alpine cuisine, these evenings are a special experience.
