Black Forest Cake Course

for children and adults

with the ambassador of the Black Forest gateau

We will initiate you step by step into the art of making a white dream of cream, chocolate, Black Forest cherries and kirsch (for children we use cherry juice). So you can bake this cake at home and enjoy a piece of memory of the Black Forest every time.

Together with your host Fredi Boch

you bake your own small Black Forest cake

(a small cake is 2-3 servings).

After the course you can eat the cake in the restaurant.
