There are evenings when you just go out for a nice meal. And then there’s this one. Chef Sven Schmidt opens his table every first Wednesday of the month—for a maximum of eight guests. Sven cooks, explains, and tells stories. And if you ask, you’ll get honest answers. His six-course menu takes you from the spices of South America to the lightness of Asian cuisine and on to the ingredients that brought him back to the Allgäu. Every course has a story behind it—and you’ll hear it straight from him. Sommelier Caro has carefully selected the wine pairings for each course to complement Sven’s creations.

150 € for outside guests | 100 € for hotel guests with ¾ pampering board | Wine pairing: 50 € per person
