Year after year, the big Schwangau carnival parade attracts thousands of visitors to the village of the royal castles. After all, the village has been known for generations far beyond the borders of the region as an absolute
carnival stronghold.
Once again this year, numerous bands, foot groups and themed floats will take part, interpreting the social events of the past year in their very own way.
The festive finale of the procession will be the parade,
the ceremonial finale of the parade is the Schwangau prince and princess,
on their prince float.
Afterwards: Lively hustle and bustle at the castle brewery and in the various restaurants.
