Join Verena Bischof on a hike to a dairy alp and a young cattle alp. Learn about the differences between these two types of alps, as well as interesting facts about cheese-making and the life on the alp—a life filled with love and passion, yet still labor-intensive. Enjoy an unforgettable hike thanks to locally produced goods such as milk, buttermilk, yogurt, butter, sausages, and traditional mountain cheese, combined with the magnificent view of the mountains and Verena’s knowledge of herbs.
