With functional basic exercises from Pilates and core training, we practice consciously targeting this so-called "powerhouse" - and at the same time consciously using the breath.

A round thing! The large Rodondo ball with its diameter of almost 40 cm enables completely new exercise variations and special "unstable" training experiences.
