Route description: Start of the valley cross-country ski trail in Fulpmes - this leads via Medraz and Kampl to Orsteil Neder, continuing through an underpass from where you follow the trail to the Elferbahnen valley station. Afterwards the track leads after a slight ascent over the district Lehner (difference in altitude approx. 30 m) with a downhill run to the leisure centre. From the Neustift leisure centre, the valley cross-country ski trail leads steadily and slightly uphill through the villages of Milders, Krössbach, Gasteig and Volderau until you finally reach the end of the trail at Falbeson. You can also join the cross-country ski trail at any time in the individual villages - return journey possible from all villages with the free ski bus.
