An excursion to the Gogles Alm is definitely an experience, whether on the toboggan run on foot or with snowshoes or via the "old path" on a well-groomed ski touring route.
At the "Gogles Alm" junction below the Kaunergrat Nature Park House, in the direction of Fließ, there is a cleared parking lot from which you can climb the approx. 500 meters in altitude to the Alm, via the toboggan run, either on foot or with snowshoes. With touring skis you can use the "old path", which is always well prepared. From the terrace of the Gogles Alm you have a wonderful view of the surrounding snow-covered mountain landscape. Let the innkeeper spoil you with regional delicacies. Toboggans can be hired at the Alm for the return journey, which you can then return to the garage at the end of the toboggan run.
