Check In

The room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. However, if it is ready earlier, you can of course check in immediately.

IMPORTANT: Check-in at happYellow is 100% digital with our check-in terminal in the lobby. You will receive an email with all the necessary check-in information (QR code) 2 days before arrival so that you can check in quickly, easily and securely. If you still need personal assistance, someone from our reception at the Hotel Barbarahof will always be happy to help you.

Check Out

We ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Room cleaning

What could we save if we only cleaned the room as needed instead of daily? It's actually 5 million liters of water per year!

That's why we automatically clean rooms after 3 days. If you would like an earlier cleaning, simply hang the door sign on the outside of the door.
