Bergler Harass - Picnic under the rose garden

For the fourth time the "Schlerngenuss Dolomites" takes place in the Dolomite region Alpe di Siusi. Restaurants of the region offer seasonal delicacies for 2 weeks, chefs reveal their most secret recipes.

On June 2, 2023, the Bergler Harass will be hosted as part of the festival in Tiers am Rosengarten. The setting for this special picnic is the Wuhnleger, an alpine meadow with a small pond in which the Rosengarten is reflected. Regional products such as sheep's cheese, deer sausage, Tierser bread and doughnuts are filled into a wooden crate, called "Harras" in dialect, according to taste. You pay for what you choose as the contents. On a blanket under the mighty larches the delicacies are enjoyed to the sounds of a live band. Registration is not required.
