Learn more about Austria’s largest preserved wine cellar on a tour of the Retzer Erlebniskeller. Follow in the footsteps of history through an underground labyrinth of various passages and tunnels hidden up to 20 meters below the surface.
Public Guided Tours
May–October: daily at 10:30 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 4:00 p.m.
Additionally on Saturdays at 12:00 p.m.
Nov., Dec., March, April: daily at 2:00 p.m.
Jan., Feb.: Sat., Sun., and holidays at 2:00 p.m.
Duration: approx. 1.5 hours
Admission Prices
Individual: €15 per person
Students (no wine): €6.50 per person
NÖ-Card: Free admission for individual guests on public guided tours
The tour includes a brief introduction to the main square and ends at the Althof Regional Wine Shop with a wine tasting (1/16 l).
