Castanea® GIN

Castanea is the result of a heartfelt project by host Stefan. The wild and hand-picked chestnuts from our forest park give the world's first chestnut gin its incomparably sweet and fruity taste. With Castanea, we want to bring the centuries-old tradition of the chestnut as a cultivated plant in the Merano region into the modern age.
