Martins Goose Feast - feasting with tradition
When the days get shorter and the autumn air gets fresher, the time for a culinary highlight begins: the St. Martin's goose. On Wednesday, November 11, the Bornmühle invites you to a festive St. Martin's goose dinner on the Mecklenburg Lake District.
A traditional, crispy roasted goose is served - golden brown on the outside, tender and aromatic on the inside. If ordered at least seven days in advance, guests can expect a whole goose carved at the table, perfect for convivial evenings with family and friends or as a special experience for corporate events.
Alternatively, you can choose the festive 3-course menu based around the St. Martin's goose. With regional ingredients, aromatic side dishes and lovingly coordinated courses, the result is a culinary experience that makes November something very special.
