In cooperation with the Pieler Agency and the Zillertal Tourism Schools, our guests can look forward to a culinary experience of the highest caliber.

On board, young talents under the age of 21 bring this special concept to life. Lukas Pieler’s team includes two young chefs, Anna and Tobias; together, they create extraordinary moments of culinary delight on Lake Achensee.

Under the motto “Offering guests that little something extra,” these talented chefs impressively demonstrate what they’re capable of: creativity, passion, and technical precision blend into sophisticated flavor compositions.

Look forward to an upscale dinner full of sophistication, from artfully plated creations to the stylish presentation of each course. Perfectly paired wines or a selection of non-alcoholic beverages accompany the menu, making “Young Chefs” an evening full of enjoyment, inspiration, and creativity.

Ticket price: €130

The price includes the lake cruise, a multi-course menu, wine or non-alcoholic beverages Drinks Accompaniment (please specify when making your reservation) and a parking ticket for the duration of the event.

Important information about the event:

· The boat is weatherproof; the event will take place even in bad weather, and heated indoor areas are available.

· Please check the event description shortly before the event begins to confirm which dock the ship is departing from. Changes may occur.

· If you have food allergies or require vegetarian/vegan options, please contact us before the event

· Paid parking is available behind the Hotel Christina.

· Dogs are not allowed on the event boat.

· No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

· Due to noise regulations, the boat may dock at the winter pier in the evening. The road is unlit due to ongoing construction and may have potholes.
