This meditation is inspired by the concepts of Mindfulness:

Bringing consciousness into the here and now while breathing, getting in touch with yourself.

Mindfulness can be practiced in different forms, the goal is to bring new balance in everyday situations, it helps to reduce stress and brings more clarity in the mind.

This easy meditation is also suitable for beginners to experience breathing in a new way, and perhaps develop a new positive habit.
