Fitness is necessary, but thanks to wide "trapper shoes" the ascent feels surprisingly easy. You trudge almost effortlessly through deep snow to the rustic refreshment stop at the Lehnberghaus.

Public journey: from Innsbruck main station with the Regiobus 355 to the Holzleiten stop in Obsteig, walking time to the meeting point approx. 25 min

Suitable for: sporty explorers

Walking time without optional refreshment stop: approx. 1.5 h, to the "Lacke" viewpoint approx. 2.0 h
