Hiking Trip to the Plauenerhütte and Klein Tibet with Conny

We’ll take the hotel shuttle to Zillergrund and the Gashaus Bärenbad. From there, we’ll take the public bus to the dam of the Zillergrund reservoir, where our hike up to the Plauenerhütte begins (approx. 2 hours). After a well-deserved snack break with a beautiful view, we continue along the high-altitude trail toward Heiliggeistjöchl (approx. 2.5 hours), and from there we descend to Klein Tibet. From there, we take a leisurely walk back to the dam.

Tour details:

🚶↔ Hiking tour: approx. 6 hours

🏔️↑ Elevation gain: approx. 700 hm / 15 km

🥾🥾 🥾Difficulty: difficult ❗️Sure-footedness, a head for heights, and VERY good stamina required!

Equipment: sturdy, ankle-high hiking boots, a spare T-shirt, water bottles, sunscreen, a snack, a rain/wind jacket, and cash for refreshments.

Hiking boots only—no exceptions!!

🍽️Refreshment stops: Plauener Hütte from mid-June, Klein Tibet from June (closed Sun, Mon, Tue)

- Transportation costs will be charged on a pro-rata basis. There are 8 seats available on our hotel bus. If the bus is already full, please follow us in your own car.
