- A postcards: Postcards and stamps are available in the H2O store next to the hotel reception.

- A pharmacy/doctor: The nearest pharmacy is in Bad Waltersdorf. If you need medical assistance, call the emergency services on 144 on your cell phone and also inform the hotel reception (house phone 400 or +43 (0) 3333 22144-200).

- B bathrobe/bath towel: Available at the hotel reception. Bath towels for your visit to the thermal baths are also available at the hotel reception (1 towel per person/day free of charge).

- B Train stations: The nearest train station is Bad Waltersdorf. The town of Bad Waltersdorf and the H2O Kindertherme are conveniently connected by a footpath and cycle path. The total distance from the H2O Hotel-Therme-Resort to the train station is approx. 1.7 km

- Bade rules: For your own safety, please observe our bathing rules, which are displayed at all entrances (e.g. thermal spa cash desk) and hotel entrances for your information. By entering the bathing and sauna area, you automatically accept the bathing regulations and agree to comply with the provisions set out therein.

- Bbanking/bank machine: All listed banks are equipped with an ATM counter.

- Bpayment: You can pay your bill in cash, by debit card (EC/Maestro), with vouchers (Wellcard, Webhotels, Thermenland Steiermark, Edenred, H2O vouchers or with vouchers from the Bad Walterdorf thermal spa region) or by credit card (Diners, MasterCard and Visa). This is possible the evening before your departure.

- Billard: A billiard table is available in the hotel lobby (for a fee).

- Bflowers: We will be happy to help you order flowers at the hotel reception.

- Chip bracelet: Your chip bracelet fulfills the following functions: Room key, access to the spa and sauna area, cashless means of payment in the individual outlets of the entire H2O Hotel-Therme-Resort. In the event of loss, please arrange for the chip bracelet to be blocked immediately at the hotel reception (Tel.: 400 or +43 (0) 3333 22144-400).

o If you lose your chip wristband, you will be charged € 15.00. Please note: external consumption and access to the room are possible if the wristband is lost before it is blocked! The hotel guest is liable for any misuse after loss until the lockdown!

- Eelectricity: 230 V alternating current, 50 Hz

- Efirst aid: A "first aid box" is located at the hotel reception and in the spa at the lifeguard station. A first aid room is located in the changing area of the spa.

- Fbicycles: From May to October, you have the option of renting bicycles (for a fee). Please contact the hotel reception.

- Ffire alarm: You will find fire safety information on the inside of your room door. Escape routes and emergency exits are marked with signs. In case of fire, please contact the hotel reception immediately on tel. 400 or +43 (0) 3333/22144-400.

o Please do not use the elevator under any circumstances!

- Fescape plan: The escape route plan can be found on the inside of your room door.

- Flughafen: Flughafen Graz Thalerhof: ca. 60 km Flughafen Wien-Schwechat: ca. 140 km

- Friseur: in Sebersdorf and Bad Waltersdorf.

- Fundries: Please enquire about lost property at the hotel reception or at the spa cash desk.

- G vouchers: Please ask at the hotel reception or the spa cash desk.

- Internet: You can use the free WiFi in the hotel area and in the spa area (except for the sauna) free of charge.

o Information and access code for the GUEST WLAN are available at the hotel reception.

- Kclothing: We ask you to dress appropriately in our hotel restaurant and hotel bar. You are welcome to visit the spa restaurant (pizzeria, pool bar etc.) in swimwear. For the family restaurant, we request bathrobe or streetwear.

- K air conditioning: All rooms are air-conditioned in summer. You can set your individual temperature directly in the room using the temperature control. Please note that the air conditioning switches off automatically when the window is open! In summer, set the controller to "cool". The air conditioning is controlled by the outside temperature and switches off automatically when the outside temperature is cool, the fan continues to run. It can be cooled down to 22 degrees.

- Kofferdepot: Located on the ground floor of the hotel opposite the lifts. No liability is accepted for theft or damage.

- The Massage world is located at the transition from the hotel to the spa on the 1st floor (above the pool bar). Our massage team will be happy to help you choose your treatment.

- Mlunch: You are welcome to have lunch à la carte in the pizzeria (in the thermal spa), the family restaurant (outside the thermal spa, opening times according to the notice on site) or snacks at the Arenabar(terrace/summer).

- N night entrance: The night entrance is located to the right of the main entrance. This can be opened with your hotel chip wristband.

- Nemergency/emergency call: Hotel reception Tel. 400 or Tel. +43 (0) 3333/22144-400. All escape routes are marked, fire extinguishers are located on each floor. Telephones can be found on every floor near the elevator.

- Pparking spaces: The unguarded resort parking spaces are available to our guests free of charge. No liability is accepted for theft or damage of any kind. The StVO applies throughout the resort and parking lot area.

- L charging stations: There are two 11 kW SMATRICS charging stations for your electric car in the parking lot. The SMATRICS tariffs apply. Charging is subject to a charge, please use your SMATRICS charging card. We also have 3 in-house charging stations. You can get the H2O chip at the hotel reception. (Flat rate: € 20.00)

- Postsendungen: Arrive at the hotel at approx. 12 noon. We are happy to deposit newspapers and letters at reception after this time.

- R smoking: Please use the designated areas for this. These can be found on the thermal spa lawn & on the terrace. In addition, you can also smoke on your balcony if you have a room category with a balcony and also at the main entrance.

- Rreservation: We are happy to reserve your next stay in our hotel. You can obtain information about our offers from our staff at the hotel reception.

- Rreception: The hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day. You can reach us internally by telephone on tel. 400 or on +43 (0) 3333 22144-400.

- Safe: Please keep valuables and money in your room safe. In the event of burglary, this is insured for a maximum amount of € 550.00. No liability is accepted for valuables that are not locked in the safe. Additional safe deposit boxes are located in the spa cash desk area.

- Sauna: You can use the sauna world all day for an additional charge of € 6.00 per person per day. From 16:00 € 4,00 and from 19:00 € 2,00 per person will be charged. Sauna access from 15 years of age.

- Shop: Located next to the hotel reception and open daily from 07:00-19:00

- Solarium: Solariums are available in the area of the thermal spa changing rooms and in our sauna world. You can select the desired tanning time in minute increments (min. 5 min./max. 20 min.) You can obtain the chip bracelet to activate the solariums at our spa cash desk. Minimum age: 18 years.

- Supermarket: Shopping facilities are available directly in the Sebersdorf local shopping center and in Bad Waltersdorf.

- T petrol station: The nearest petrol stations are located in the direction of Sebersdorf (OMV) or Bad Waltersdorf in the direction of Bad Blumau (OMV).

- Taxi: Our hotel reception will be happy to help you with your cab order.animals: As animal lovers, we like to see your pets at your home, with friends or relatives. This is where they feel most comfortable.

- Lost property: Please understand that all public areas of the hotel are also available to external guests and are not locked separately. All items found and handed in are kept in the Lost & Found office. If you have lost any items, please contact the hotel reception or the spa cash desk. Do not leave valuables and bathing utensils unattended in the public areas. No liability can be accepted in the event of loss.
