Breakfast buffet

A varied buffet featuring Black Forest specialties. Freshly baked rolls, various types of bread from the “Rupp” bakery, and sweet pastries; assorted ham and salami, smoked salmon, sliced cheese and soft cheese in blocks; various Black Forest jams, butter, margarine, cream cheese, honey, and nougat cream. A muesli corner with a wide selection, including granola, chia pudding, fresh fruit, fruit salad, and various yogurt and quark dishes. Hot egg dishes, rösti, hot meatballs, stuffed pancakes, water, juices, ginger shots, coffee, and Ronnefeldt specialty teas.

The breakfast buffet for day guests includes the full breakfast menu, including Prosecco and hot beverages. Please note that the hotel is for adults aged 16 and older only.
