Am Kurgarten 5-7, Bad Kissingen
Its three crosses are well-known from many brochures and books, as is its television mast. The Kreuzberg, at 928 m the second highest peak in the Rhön, is famous above all for its monastery and the dark Kreuzberg beer brewed there.
The small town of Bischofsheim lies at the foot of the mountain. Anyone driving from Bad Kissingen to the Kreuzberg should stop at Waldberg after around 25 km and hike to the top.
