A journey through South Tyrol's world of wine with Thomas Fink, board member of the South Tyrolean Sommelier Association and member of the Wine Academy.

Tasting of 5 local wines and introduction to the history of winegrowing in South Tyrol and the autochthonous grape varieties.

We accompany you through South Tyrol's world of wine, with a look at history, terrior, grape varieties and winegrowing zones. Several wines are tasted, thus creating a link between theory and practice.

Tastings are available at any time for groups of 5 or more. We also offer tastings on specific topics.
