This dry sauna reaches a temperature of 80 - 90°C and is the traditional sauna from Finland. We recommend a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 3 sauna sessions with rest periods of approx. 10 - 15 minutes. To increase the humidity and the "perceived temperature" in the sauna, water (enriched with essential oils) is occasionally poured onto the hot stones lying on the sauna heater. This process is known as "infusion". If you are visiting a sauna for the first time, the visit should not last longer than 12 minutes. You should also remain seated on the lowest bench, as the higher you sit, the hotter the air becomes. Regular sauna sessions strengthen the immune system, prevent colds, open up the airways in the nasopharynx and promote physical recovery and relaxation.
P:S. Let us know in good time if you would like to use the sauna. The sauna takes about 45 minutes to heat up properly.
