Schlutzkrapfen are a real highlight of Tyrolean cuisine and can be found on the menus of many inns and mountain huts. In this course, you will delve into the history of Tyrolean food culture and learn all about the origins and development of Schlutzkrapfen. After an exciting introduction, it's time to get down to business: We knead the dough, prepare the filling and learn the perfect technique for rolling out, shaping and filling. We prepare a spring salad as a fresh side dish. Finally, we will enjoy our homemade "Schlutzer" over lunch together in a relaxed atmosphere.
