European Bike Week

European Bike Week at Lake Faaker See is one of the most famous motorcycle rallies in the world. Held every September, it’s free and open to everyone—a true mecca for Harley-Davidson fans.

When: September 8–13, 2026

Every year, the event draws hundreds of thousands of motorcycle fans of all brands and “styles” to the region. With a wide range of daytime and evening entertainment, free test rides on the latest Harley-Davidson motorcycles, motorcycle exhibitions, food and drinks, shopping, and much more, variety is guaranteed.

The traditional highlight of European Bike Week is Europe’s largest Harley parade on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The route runs from Lake Faaker See via Finkenstein, through downtown Villach, on to Lake Ossiacher See, and back to Faak am See via Wernberg and Rosegg. The parade officially kicks off at 12 noon.
