We’ll kick things off at 6 p.m. with a welcome toast on the terrace. For those interested, this is an opportunity to watch the special cooking process.
Starting around 6:30 p.m., we’ll open our meat box, generously filled with carved pork shoulder roast, assorted vegetables, and rosemary potatoes.
