Guided mountain tour to the Resterkogel

We start our hike at the middle station of the Panoramabahn. We hike along a forest trail, past a small natural pond, to the Moseralm. From there, we continue through the alpine pasture area to the Resterkogel, where an impressive panoramic view awaits us. At the summit cross, we’ll have time to sign the summit logbook and enjoy the magnificent view during a short break. The trail then continues to the reservoir, where we can enjoy the snacks we’ve brought on one of the many benches, surrounded by the impressive mountain scenery of the Hohe Tauern. With many beautiful memories to take home, we finally begin our return journey.

Guided Hike:

• Meeting point: 9:00 a.m.

at the parking lot of the Panoramabahn mid-station (Jochberg 31, 5730 Mittersill)

• Pickup of guests from M+ hiking operators: 8:30 a.m.

• Return to the parking lot: approx. 2:00 p.m.

• Hiking time: approx. 4 hours

• Moderately difficult mountain hike with approx. 700 Hm and approx. 11 km

• Equipment: ankle-high hiking boots, weatherproof clothing, sunscreen, telescoping poles, backpack with a drink and a snack
