Kundler Gorge

The parking lot is located directly at the entrance to the gorge. The path into the gorge first leads over a timber-framed bridge and on past mighty rock formations.

After around a ten-minute walk, you ll reach the Gasthaus Kundler Klamm. It takes a total of 3 km and 1 hour to walk to the end of the gorge 

The further 3 km from the end of the gorge to Mühltal (Wildschönau) can either be covered on foot or comfortably on the slow train. There you can stop for refreshments at Gasthaus Klammrast.

Pushchairs & wheelchairs:

The gravel hiking trail is wide and well suited for pushchairs. Due to the rather loose gravel, it is unfortunately only possible with a wheelchair as far as the Kundler Klamm Inn.

The hike through the gorge is free! For a ride on the slow train there is a charge.
