Route description:

Start of the tour is the parking lot in front of the Arlbergalm. From there, take the forest road past the Rettenebenalm and then soon turn right steeply uphill following the shortcut towards the Pronebenalm. At the top you meet the forest road again, turn left here and finally turn slightly right and climb to the Hochglocker summit. There you just have to enjoy the view of the Tauern. Then descend to the Pronebenalm, where you can stop for a break with a dream view of the Hochkönig. After the stop, follow the steep trail through the forest back to the Rettenebenalm and finally back to the parking lot.
