The 90 percent solar eclipse has just ended, and now we’re looking forward to one of the most amazing nights of the year. Our planet is passing through a meteor shower, treating us to about 100 shooting stars per minute.

Get your wish lists ready and join us for a very special spectacle in the night sky. Whether you’re young or old, come along and let yourself be enchanted for a few moments. The focus of this outing is clearly on gazing at the sky, so if you have a blanket or something to sit on, be sure to bring it along. Dress warmly, as it can get quite chilly at night this time of year. Tea and a little something to nibble on are a nice way to pass the time while we take a long break and let our thoughts and gaze wander out into space.
