The workshop begins with a gentle yoga session to connect to the body and breathing. This is followed by simple but effective breathing exercises to prepare you for the ice bath, because only the conscious breath leads to the fact that you can also "enjoy" the ice bath.
We then move to the outdoor area of the hotel with a view over the Murnauer Moos for the ice bath. This special place has a healing and strengthening effect on body and mind. Here you can bury your bad habits and recharge your batteries. The ice bath strengthens your immune system, reduces inflammation and puts a beautiful smile on your face.

Please come to class in comfortable clothing or athletic wear and bring swimwear for the ice bath afterwards.
