NASYA - cleansing & regeneration of the nasal mucosa

Is a cleansing treatment via the nose and is an integral part of Ayurvedic therapy. Nasya improves blood circulation, promotes the flow of mucus and thus deep cleansing in the entire head, neck and shoulder area and leads to the removal of ama (the "slag" in the tissues).
