SUP Basics

The special experience on Lake Constance. In the stand-up paddle basic course, you will receive extensive instruction on land so that you learn how to handle the board and the paddle and know the most important safety instructions and Lake Constance rules. Then it's off onto the water. Here you will learn the correct posture and stance on the board, as well as paddling techniques for moving forward, staying stationary and turning. The cost of the private SUP course is 60€ per person (minimum 4 people). The price refers to a 90-minute course (instruction on land and on water), including rental equipment (board, paddle & safety vest), as well as the lido entrance to the open-air swimming pool Meersburg.
