YOGA meets WALDPRANA
This "mini retreat" is the perfect way to end your working week and start your weekend. Through breathing and mindfulness exercises in the midst of the healing forest atmosphere, you can let go of everyday stress and draw new life energy from nature. A gentle yoga flow awaits you on the platform - with a panoramic view of the valley. After you have strengthened your body, mind and soul in nature, we round off the evening with a hearty snack. With a bit of luck, you can enjoy the sunset with a view of the valley.
What can YOU expect?
- 120 minutes of mindful forest walk incl. breathing & mindfulness exercises to prevent stress
- 60 minutes of gentle yoga flow on the platform
- Rich snack at the Hörbighof in Thierbach
- Handout with impulses & reflection questions
Please bring your own yoga mat & comfortable clothing.
Use of subscription block (4 points) possible.
The event will also take place in bad weather - please bring appropriate clothing.
