Shakespeare in the Schloss Park: "Fairies and Ghosts"

Enjoy a unique theater experience in the park of Schloss Leopoldskron, where Max Reinhardt once had his own garden theater. Starting in May 2024, fairies and ghosts will populate the park and showcase beautifully eerie Shakespeare tales.

With its enchanted nature and lake backdrop, and enhanced by the light of an early summer evening, the Schloss park once again becomes the set for a Shakespeare play. Although he never wrote his plays with this setting in mind, the performances are nonetheless characteristic of Shakespeare.

Sturdy shoes are recommended, as is a delicious picnic basket prepared by the Schloss Leopoldskron kitchen staff. A picnic basket can be booked with your ticket purchase.
