Herb hike between Rosengarten and Latemar

This guided hike with Helga Egger combines an experience of nature, regional knowledge and slowing down. We take the bus from Nova Levante/Welschnofen to the famous Lake Carezza/Karer See and start our easy hike from there towards the Stadlalm, nestled in the unique mountain scenery of the Catinaccio/Rosengarten and Latemar mountains.

Step by step, we get to know the herbs and plants of the Dolomites. Which plants have a calming effect, which strengthen the immune system and which are traditionally used in ointments and tinctures. In addition to exciting stories about trees and natural places, you will gain valuable insights into local herbalism.

Enjoyment, knowledge and nature experience merge into a special experience. The way back is via hiking trail 10A back to Nova Levante/Welschnofen.
